ced1106Secret Weapon Miniatures just started their 20% off Anniversary Sale, and here’s a WIP base I rummaged from their Bag-o-Crap deal. $40 for a pound of resin, mostly bases, that didn’t meet their standards. The base is on the left, and, after priming white, I pre-inked it with Secret Weapon Miniatures washes: Concrete for the rune column, Stone for the stone and ground, and Green for the moss. Concrete had the best results. I prefer to use Stone for wet underground rock, such as the base on the right. Green looked too bluish and not natural, so I’ll try it on green Space Marines instead.
