As Piers has said Soldiers of God are meant to be among the best but I haven’t played them
Quick disclaimer . I don’t like figure removal games so those mentioned are multi bases
I’ll keep the rest of the rulesets to those I have played and think work best for the 3rd Crusade Period
My two favourites are Vis Bellica and Armati though both might be hard to get hold of these days
Basic Impetus works well for this period though maybe not others but is simple and like Armati has army lists included
Art d’lguerre is also good but quite heavy rules wise
At the other end is DBA which is fairly simple but not to everyones taste but very quick
There are many more but haven’t really had much or no experience with them like
Deus Veult
Clash of Empires
Revenge
Flower of Chivalry
Piquet
Ironbow which is a freebie
