I have a very simple policy these days. I don’t set any budget or other limit, the only provision is that I wait 1-2 days before putting in any order. That solves the impulse buy issue and for a couple of years I’ve bought little that I did not actually use.

Joan of Arc was one of the projects I withdrew from and a turning point. I wasn’t something I planned to get, but it’s an attractive looking game and I’ll admit the week here on OTT convinced me. By the pledge manager stage when I worked out what I would need to do what I wanted to it involved an objectively ridiculous amount of stuff. Just not worth it, let alone being able to store things. No idea how people store all these Kickstarters.

AoS is something I am packing up into the basement. Didn’t pickup the dominion box which I was planning for some Warcry stuff. Eldfall Chronicles looked great and nearly had me, but I just won’t have the time ever.
