I’ve never seen any in that scale; only for 1:35. It’s literally like building a real track only less smashy. I’ve done it in 1:35, I would find it even more frustrating in 1:56…

Edit: realized your looking for stowage, not more realistic track for the model

 

Doesn’t Rubicon make spare track lengths in their stowage kits?

 

Maybe 3D prints are your best bet.
