WW2 era fighters are cool.
I loved killing the Fokkers 😀 (and some of them were Messerschidts 😉 )

WW1 era had some really interesting ones the moment they started to understand what worked (like the Camel, Spad and of course the Fokker DR1).

Speaking of airplanes …  the team behind IL2-Sturmovik (possibly the last and best flightsim ever) are going to cover the Korean theatre.
It really sucks that there hasn’t been anything that managed to get that level of fidelity, because most of the stuff has been arcade level crap.

The modern era with beyond visual range engagements is kind of boring. Gimme guns and let me get up close and personal.

oh … and shout out to the absolute batsh!th crazy stuff the Germans were trying to get airborne near the end of WW2.
I’d love to see ‘Secret weapons of the Luftwaffe’ with modern graphics.
