•Barons’ War•
The Barons’ War Kickstarter will go live at 5pm (BST) on 15th of September 2019, so only 10 days to go. I have been asked what are the planned pledge levels for the Kickstarter, there will be three:Pledge £1 or more
-The Baron-
This is the basic pledge level for this campaign. You get to choose the packs you want in white metal, add up the total and pledge for that amount. You can choose one pack, two packs, ten packs – as many as you like!Check the image for details on how to change your pledge amount.
Pledge £140 or more
-The Rebel (limited number)-
Love The Barons’ War miniatures, but prefer resin over metal? With this pledge level you will receive all 10 of the packs on launch in high-detail resin, pulled from our master mould.
You are able to increase your pledge level to include any other packs that may be unlocked as stretch goals throughout the campaign. As well, you will have access to updates throughout the campaign and the pledge manager.Pledge £450 or more
-King John (limited number)-
Want to put yourself in the heart of the battle?Master Sculptor Paul Hicks has volunteered to sculpt a unique character based on you! If you select this pledge level you will work directly with Paul to have a unique mounted character sculpted. You will receive the “green” and become the owner of the reproduction rights too!
In addition, you will receive all 10 of the packs on launch in white metal.
You are also able to increase your pledge level to include any other packs that may be unlocked as stretch goals throughout the campaign. As well you will have access to the updates throughout the campaign and the pledge manager.
Shipping is not included in any of the pledges and will be collected in the pledge manager.

September 15, 2019 at 12:10 pm #1436014September 15, 2019 at 12:27 pm #1436018That bump was for the benefit of others, but I apologise profusely. I know you aren’t starting a new period with these gorgeous new metal miniatures from the amazing and masterful Paul Hicks, funded by the man, the myth, the legend that is Andy Hobday.
September 15, 2019 at 12:35 pm #1436019well as long as we’re aware that I definitely won’t be working out what I need for a force and certainly won’t be adding to it from Claymore Castings and Antediluvian Miniatures just as long as we’re aware

Just unlocked the Trebucket!
September 15, 2019 at 7:53 pm #1436160September 16, 2019 at 6:35 pm #1436746You do not need horses if you have servants, following the knights, hitting coconuts together.
September 17, 2019 at 5:41 pm #1437217September 17, 2019 at 5:44 pm #1437234No, although there were 10 resin pledges that have gone. The rest is metal and fine although you can’t make me back it.
September 17, 2019 at 6:26 pm #1437243I’m glad they’ve had success, but the way they structured the KS is strange. It does seem like the project has “sold out” when the only remaining pledge level is $1. When you need to put up a graphic to explain how to pledge, that feels like you might be leaving money on the table from folks who won’t be bothered to figure out what they need/want. Maybe try having a generic $50 pledge level with some of the more basic minis, then let folks who really want to customize go through adjusting their pledge amount dollars to fine tune the results.
September 18, 2019 at 6:42 pm #1437665Yeah, it would have been easier to have a pledge for “one of each”, now we had to do the math ?. By the way, it is £120 without the stretch goals (FYI @avernos)
September 18, 2019 at 7:17 pm #1437678September 18, 2019 at 8:58 pm #1437687Glad the kickstarter is going well. Sitting pretty at over £28,000! The command figures are just yummy (I really have run out of superlatives to describe these).

The new Antediluvian Miniatures spearmen are rather sexy as well. Not that they are tempting at all!
