Help identifying a miniature

Hey everyone I’m wondering if anyone here could help me identify this guy? The base tab says GW 1985 one one side but the other side has been worn down and is illegible so not having a name for him hasn’t helped to figure out who he is.

It is familiar.  I suspect it’s a chaos knight or champion  or something like ghat
