How the devil do I edit a post now?

Tried twice (different posts), ended up directed to a second page (with a simple sum to prove I’m not a robot), after which I’d directed to the post again but “sans edit”. Driving me a bit spare atm, am I supposed to retype my edit again on the third page?

I’ve found you need to wait s couple of minutes before you can edit. It’s all a bit of a pain

Yeah we have some tuning to do to this whole spam protection system we had to implement. A lot of folk locked out of comments and forums at the moment 🙁 pain in the arse!
