Is anyone else having difficulties trying to subscribe with Paypal?

It’s weird, I’ve got a load of subscriptions (Netflix, Amazon etc). But when I try here I get a refusal saying “can not subscribe with the payment method you selected” (using my debit card for the Paypal transaction). Not sure why this is happening, I was subscribed via Paypal previously but it sort of stopped for no reason a couple of months ago. As BoW only accepts payment via Paypal (and I can’t just enter my Debit Card details), I’m not sure why this is happening. Is it some sort of anti-fraud thingy from either Paypal itself, or my bank )although I don’t see why the bank would be blocking it as I’ve got (as I said previously) many subscriptions already going ahead. Any clues/ideas of what the devil is going on chaps?

Currently I’m subscribed with Paypal and don’t have any trouble using it. Have you checked if your debit card is expired and needs to be renewed on Paypals end?

I set up a new subscription (to a new Patreon creator) via PayPal just yesterday.
My subscription to this site has been running for years without a problem.
If it stopped “on its own” could it be your card has been re-issued with a new cvc or something like that?
