Long loading times on top banner

Every time the page gets a refresh it take 20 extra seconds to load the top bar.

I will demonstrate this in a video:

As a point of reference: current Internet connection is optical fibre with a symmetric 40MB connection

In the video you can see and error pop up for some amazon service. Maybe implementation need adjustment?

Can’t say I see the same but I guess it could be different browser, extensions running (could be worth testing across multiple)… not saying the site is perfect certainly I have had timeout issues etc when uploading but top banner issues I am not seeing.

The amazon references are AWS regions so I assume making a request into an EC2 instance or S3 storage… I thought they used Azure but could be some elements there, also Twitch streams hosting so obviously that will call AWS.
