@unclejimmy The business has been around for 14 years, but they just moved from a 2000 sq. ft shop a year ago to a 7000 sq. ft place and they’re already out of room. The owner owns half the block and leases out the other two properties. He may end up evicting the crazy Russian embroidery lady next door to get more space, and he plans to get a beer and wine license — I’ll probably never leave.

The other business is a hole-in-the-wall restaurant with 10 chairs and a retired chef cracking out world class dishes just for fun. At the end of every day he goes through GameKnight and collects all his dishes and cutlery. Everyone at the store orders his food. It’s a great relationship.

Well, f*ck.  Here we go again.  Guess I know what I’m doing this weekend.

You won’t be hearing from me for a little while.  No power means no internet.

Expected to be Category 4 by the time it hits us.  So we’ll be doing the post-apocalyptic genre this week, at 1:1 scale. 🙁
