08:00 is surely 8am? And 20:00 is 8pm.

But 20:00 = 08:00 ?? Nah. Stop this! 😉

(I mean, the pedant in me insists that : is fine for 24-hour clocks, but for 12 hour times, only the . notation should be used. But to point that out would make me appear to be even more anal than I’ll admit to….)
