I’m really looking forward to today. it’s 9:22am, almost 22°C and forecast says it’ll be 33° and above. This is going to be fun!

In more hobby related news: I can’t. Currently the motivation to paint or build anything is close to zero as it gets. Though I really need a spell build for Frostgrave. Maybe I’ll just use LEGO. Who can tell?

And just like that, the week has wooshed past. Have you lot gotten done anything? I have done a stream (who knew?) and I won last nights Frostgrave game. The first in a run through the core books scenarios!

I’ve started assembling some Micro Arts Studio Bolt Action prepainted terrain and it’s a positive joy to assemble compared to some of the TTCombat stuff… and not painting after… well… bit of touchup to hide the bit where the mdf was connected to the frame.

Don’t get me wrong… I like the TTCombat stuff… I own a lot of it… and it’s cheaper… and I will buy more.

Glue drying on the buildings… when it is I’ll post some pictures.

Also had a look at the Konflikt 47 preorder. I’m tempted, but there’s not a lot in the starters because there’s resin and some chunky stuff. Also worried about the A5 paperback rules… the Bolt Action A5 had microscopic print.

I’ve started a new project to finish an army of Ragnarok Miniatures Draugr.

I’ve also had my latest orders arrive, some Warbases bases and some Alternative Armies fantasy stuff for various other projects that are ongoing.  Fantastic service from both companies as usual, highly recommended.

I’ve also picked out a miniature to paint for the new July Community Painting Competition.  Why not find something to match this month’s theme, however tenuously, and get another mini off the pile and finished.
