@zebraoutrider hahaha yeah I always look at people’s garden hobby spaces with envy and then realise I’d just fill it with unfinished crap and that I’m probably better constrained by the size of my flat. I cringe when I think how long Gardens of Morr has been sitting, built and primed but otherwise back in the box.

Why do people have so many “Bones” blisters in their Pile Of Possibilities? 😉 I guess it’s something like “oh nice… and cheap… you’re coming with me”

Pile of Possibilities sounds like an uncomfortable team building exercise. I bought a bunch to fill out the random monsters for Frostgrave. We don’t use minis when we play RPGs but if we did, I could see myself buying them for that.

@sundancer – maybe it’s because Reaper Bones minis look great in their painted promo material, but are garbage when you get them home – loads of missing detail, only look good from particular angles, soft and soapy details (I swear their painters added in more detail than is actually on the models) and then, when you finally get your mini painted, the soft, rubbery material means the limbs bend and the paint cracks and flakes off? Horrible minis!

Also true @blinky465 though I think they do metal/resin versions of most of the Bones models so I suspect those are what get the studio paint job.
