Green Wolf Gear has a Kickstarter for a official licensed Cadian Officer in a 1:6th scale (the guy is 30cm big) https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/greenwolfgear/warhammer-40000-cadian-officer.

The Officer looks great, better than those Bandai Mariens but he isn’t cheap. I like him but I won’t be getting him.
