@limburger Yeah, I share you concerns about the product being maybe not so useful for new players like myself which has been a turn off. It’s taken my weeks to assemble half the infantry in my Cadian Defense Force kit as it is what with real life getting in the way. But a year and a half? Yeesh.

Though I’m not too worried about Hewlett Patchwork themselves. As a family we’ve had the Warhammer 40,000 Legends novel series on the go for a while now and the Manga Force DVD collection back in the day and they did alright by us.

@limburger This product is an alternate starter set that enhances the new player choices and gives options to people who don’t have access to a local store.

Is this meant to be available in W H Smith? Couldn’t find it at my local one yesterday (might have sold out).
