Just saw a post on the Warhammer 40,000 Facebook page. It shows the Kill Team promo video and the message:

Operation “Kill Team” engaged…commence recruitment protocol…

One commment asked what the release date was and the 40K Facebook team replied July, plus other comments appear to hint at an end of the month pre order.
