Jeff and I kicked off our North Africa Campaign last night with the first German vs British scenario in the book.
Good game with allot of big swings.
British had only 500pts vs my 1000. They had to keep occupying each building and killing German units to win by turn 6.
My DAK managed to kick the Indians out of one building and destroy 5 units for a 7/0 win. (Over seven turns).
First three turns looked pretty grim for the Germans. I was not making any headway with my infantry (all heavily pinned down). My Armor was also getting pinned and driven backwards.
In the last four turns my extra points of firepower finally started to get some traction.

Sounds pretty intense! Buildings are looking ace, they MDF kits or something you’ve done yourself?
Thanks.
The buildings are MDF kits with some textured paint and some airbrush work.
They are from Northern Lights Terrain.

Apologies I didn’t see this before, @leifer1971 . I blame the holidays and other projects in the works.
Mersa Brega was indeed a wild one, where some German panzer elements actually ran up against British tank units that were equipped with M13s recently captured during Operation Compass.
I finally got some priming and airbrush down on my own German force for the Bolt Action Boot Camp.
That Mark III is still amazing. 😀
