About the Project
Ok this is a quicky project I will be playing a 15mm American Civil War game at my local club. So I was asked to dig out my old 15mm Confederate troops. However they were painted and based a long time ago. I don't have time to repaint but I have to rebase them to make them fit, because my basing method was a bit random because these were the first ever historicals I ever did before understanding the basing requirements for games.

Infantry
The infantry bases are all on 60mm x 20mm bases
Step 1 - Removing the Figures from the base. Fortunately these were attached using UHU so pretty easy to remove them with a shaping tool. 
They are all removed from the base.
Rather than wasting the bases I am really purposing them as the new bases need to be 25mm across the front. 
So now each base has 3 figures
Next up the addition of some Vallejo Earth to build up the bases texture. 
Final step is to hit the minis with some anti shine and then click the bases

I originally based all the Cavalry individually but they need to be based in twos for the game on a base of 25mm frontage
For these I need to create new bases I always use plasticard for this process.
