Based with Hataka A001 Dark Sea Blue and then highlighted by adding progressively more and more A711 Dark Blue until its almost pure. It's a subtle blue so I'll probably add selective Nul Oil washes and hope the flesh makes the blue pop. Hataka paints want to go through the airbrush almost undiluted. If you thin it like regular paints you'll end up with waterBased with Hataka A001 Dark Sea Blue and then highlighted by adding progressively more and more A711 Dark Blue until its almost pure.
