Use older brushes for the next bits. This technique really knackers them up.

Once fully dry drybrush the metal with Ryza Rust. Again don't worry about being too neat. Also try to apply it thicker and lighter in different areas for a lessened uniform look.Once fully dry drybrush the metal with Ryza Rust. Again don't worry about being too neat. I gave him a reasonably heavy wash of Agrax Earthshade.I gave him a reasonably heavy wash of Agrax Earthshade.
I then washed the tubes, fleshy parts and tongues with either Druchii Purple, Carroburg Crimson or Coelia Greenshade. I don't have any specific preference as what I use for each, I think a more random approach looks better visually. I also put Carroburg Crimson in the eye lenses. That I keep uniform across all of them. I then washed the tubes, fleshy parts and tongues with either Druchii Purple, Carroburg Crimson or Coelia Greenshade.
