About the Project
I've decided to revisit my first historical games and give my minis a face lift. I dug out legends of the old West a month ago and realised how chipped my minis were. So I'll be revisiting my western and my pirates for these classic skirmish games.

I forgot to take some work in progress pics but I stuck to the same method as the gun store
I have been using the names of family and friends for the signageGun store
I used a contrast wash on the building before dry brushing
I used the wood details to guide my free hand sign writing

I don’t have enough western buildings but they are in order but this scenario I can do with my fencing and stables.
This is an old forge world kit for Warhammer. I probably use it more than any other scenery piece. Never used it for Warhammer but it's popped up in every historical setting I do.Boat build
The high seas book contains this set of templates for building a small boat which I did a few years ago from bits of card but I need to invest in some proper ship models one day
