Sentrabots and Magmites Complete
...well, except for varnishing. Think I'm generally happy with these, though the father and son crab on a single base is my favourite. Tomorrow...? Maybe start on the Tanglers, which are already primed.Still Sick
Still not feeling great. Still, had to do something, so I did the rocks under the Magmites with grey speedpaint (“Don’t talk to me or my son ever again…”) And a little Sentrabot cleanup. Almost done the latter.
Tone and Prime Night
Not feeling great tonight. Quickly threw on some primer on stuff, and then some tone on the Sentrabots. Enough to keep the streak alive.
Crab Sentra-l
Eh. A little bit of toying with the Sentrabots, finishing the base and getting a few details worked on. Probably should throw some Dark Tone on tomorrow.
Besides that, priming some Magmites, a Pirate Shock Trooper and a Spider for Battletech. The little crab is going on the base where the big crab is set back. Hoping for some “never talk to me or my son again” energy.
A Little Bit of Prime Desert
Rest day. Finished priming the Porigata, and put a few more layers on the Sentrabot bases. Eh, is something.Brass, Steel and Iron
Not much today. Put some Primitive Lizardmen into slottabases, put some CA glue and baking soda onto the big insect base and did some basecoating of the Sentrabots. Slow, steady progress.It's Amazing How Many People You Can Fit In A Shuttle Craft!
- Eventful day. The order of stuff I was expecting arrived a day early. A bunch of Reaper items. Also a shuttle craft that seems a bit roomy. Anyway, today was assembly, mostly, with a break to prime the Tanglers….oh, and magnetized the bases of the Warp Hounds and Sewer Dragons, so they’re officially done. Only issue is that the single Bloodwolves I bought are too big; You need the smaller ones in the two pack to fit them onto 25mm bases. On to the weekend!
All Tanglers Up
I'm pretty sure it's allergies kicking my butt a bit, but I did manage to finish gluing the Tanglers this morning, and getting their bases magnetized. Next, CA glue and baking soda to simulate sand on the bases. Pretty much caught up on assembly...until Friday, according to my mail tracker...
