About the Project
Speedpainting my Conan The Miniature Game which has been sat on the shelf for long enough now. I'm determined to get it all done before Christmas so the emphasis will be on speed. I'm using AP Speedpaints over a zenited primer. Just pics of finished models - techniques are in my Slaine project.

Characters 3
Some minor characters, starting with a princess.
And now some baddies. Akivasha the Stygian vampire.
Khemsa, agent of the Black Seers.
Khosatral Khel – demon god of the Abyss.
A warlock – evil demonologist.
Kushites
The three Kushite Witchhunters, their two guards and Amboola commander of the spearmen of Kush.
Evil Characters
The final miniatures painted in 2022. Natohk the Veiled One who is the returned Khotan the Scorcerer who slumbered in his tomb for 3,000 years. Needless to say he wasn’t a nice guy.
The Hyperborean Primitive – last of his kind.
Skuthus the Stygian Necromancer.
Guards!
Bossonian Guards in two poses with their captain. They have only 6 Speedpaint colours on them and no blending or mixing. Still pretty effective in big groups.
Last of the characters
Nearly done with the last of the characters. First the best bit of art, although the sculpt is a bit meh, Belit.
Thak the ape-man.
Gitara the lover of Khemsa.
Zaporavo, pirate captain.
Shevatas the master thief
Taurus the Prince of Thieves who assists Conan in his adventure in the Tower of the Elephant.
Last of the characters 2
Some more of the last batch of characters. Firstly we have the mage Hadrathus, again cheating a bit here with some flame effect and OSL from Vallejo Fluros.
Conan in his Warlord form.
A Kothian archer.
Bossonian Archers and General Conan
Last of the minions and almost all of the characters done. That only leaves the monsters and the main man himself. Firstly for today the Bossonian Archers.
This is General Conan when he led a mercenary army. Slightly strange effect on the armour in the art, not sure if it is supposed to show it gilded or made of some different alloy but it has a slightly yellow/greenish hue which I went with as well.
Monsters 1
Nearly there now. The monsters are the last miniatures left. These are the first ones done. Firstly the Dark Demon
Bone Golem – easiest paint in the whole project – just a generous coat of Pallid Bone.
Some more demons, a Forst Demon and a Swamp Demon (in all the greens)
A perennial favourite foe, the Gray Man Ape
Creepy crawlies, a giant scorpion and giant spider.
