About the Project
2nd edition Tyranids were my first 40K army. Some of it got painted and some did not. The Lictor was my favourite 2nd edition model. It's about time I got it painted.

I got the last bits and bobs painted.
I want to try and get some Spring photos of the Lictor out in the wild. Not sure how that’s going to go?
One thing I’ve noticed with the model is that there is no good angle to take photos. The mantis claws get in the way of high angles. The flat head doesn’t show up very well from low angles.

Worms
I decided to call my Hive Fleet:
Nematode
noun. nem·a·tode ˈnem-ə-ˌtōd. : any of a major group of long cylinder-shaped worms that are parasites in animals or plants or live in soil or water
Inspired by the fleet name & the slugs in the Spring Photos. I decided to add some alien worms to the bases.
