The Road to Rangers of Shadow Deep

About the Project
New year, new game. The goal of this project is to finish everything needed to play Rangers of Shadow Deep, including expansions, before I actually start playing. This will include both miniatures and terrain, starting with the main rulebook. Everything (almost) will be 3D printed, both resin and filament prints. The painting will basically be solely done with contrast style paints.

Mission 1, Scenario 2 - The Infected Trees
The next scenario is The Infected Trees.
Which calls for Giant Spiders and Survivors (villagers) for the miniatures.
The scenario specific terrain this time will be Web Cocoons, Nest Trees and Briar patches in addition to generic trees.
I painted up 10 Giant Spiders and 7 Survivors from Asgard Rising Miniatures.
For the terrain I completed a total of 6 Nest Trees for which I used the Dungeons & Lasers “Swamps of Doom” Set.
The Web Cocoons are made by White Werewolf Tavern and for the Briar Patches, I used 2 different STL sets:

Mission 1, Scenario 1 - The Deserted Village pt.2
The second part will be focused on the terrain needed for the first scenario.
It calls for 4-5 buildings placed in a circle, trees/rocks to be scattered around the rest of the table and possibly a small stream.
I painted up a well to be placed in the center of the buildings in addition to the rest, just because it made sense. Also, an outhouse, because every self respecting village needs one!
The building are 3D printed and all of the major buildings, except for the stables are made by Antigone Miniatures:

The stables is from here:
3D Printable Easefare – stables by 3Dlayeredscenery
The river I’ll be using is a premade river by Battlefront, specifically their “Battlefield in a box” range.
As for the trees, I’ll be using the the ones from the “Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Warcry – Ravaged Lands: Souldrain Forest” set.
(Longest name every btw!) I’ve got 6 of these in total.
The terrain part took forever to complete. Just 3D printing all the buildings took a while. That, together with the fact that I really don’t like painting terrain. It’s just to big (there’s a joke in there somewhere) and as such painting it just takes a long time, at least for me.
Mission 1, Scenario 1 - The Deserted Village pt.1
We will start of the project with the enemies for the first scenario in the main rulebook.
A total of 23 Zombies and 10 giant rats!
I might’ve gone slightly overboard with the amount of zombies, oh well.
But let’s be honest, one can simply not have enough zombies. Also, braaaains!
The first 3 images of zombies are miniatures from Highlands Miniatures and the zombies in the 4th image is from Asgard Rising Miniatures.
With the rats being the first and one of the few non-3D printed miniatures in this project. They are from Tabletop Art.
