Manda’s (Amachan) Kingdom Death: Monster

I have been struggling with massive disabilities causing me to not be able to paint or build miniatures. The major disabilities limiting my hobby are tremors in my right hand making it very unstable and lots of pain in my left which I was learning to paint with. I am getting physiotherapy to try and help me cope with the disabilities, but I am not sure it is going to solve anything. I do not know if I will be able to return to miniature painting and such and for now I am starting a new project involving LEGO, something I can do with my disabilities.

As I have been busy painting in the grimdark style and the techniques requiring less precision it is quite good to do with my current disabilities. Because of that, I thought that revisiting my Kingdom Death Monster project, repainting everything in a grimdark style and actually finishing the monsters from the core box would be a fun painting project to keep me occupied for a while.

I will be doing the proper grimdark style, not the fake one a certain Ben is doing. (That certainly has ruined my chances of getting a golden button on this project.)

I got the Wet Nurse and the White Speaker finished. They are not my best work and look a lot worse in the picture than they do in real life, but I’m actually quite happy with them.

I made a start on painting the Wet Nurse and the White Speaker models.
