Awesome work Romain! You have to check out the demons from Kromlech, amazing sculpts, great casts and really affordable for the size of the models.
deamon deamon horns!
Looking amazing as usual. cannot wait for the remaining parts.
Great work as usual.
Love the contrast between the red and white
Looking forward to painting up my Longhorn! 😀 Thanks Romain
What beautiful model to work on. Lots of detail but not to fiddly.
Thanks for sharing the color pallette with us and showing us how to paint it. The red skin tones have had me intimidated to start painting them. Same with the grey ish skin tones on the ladies.
Is there ever going to be a chance to win signed minis painted by Romain during these tutorials? That would be awesome 🙂
Oh, you flatter me, sir…
If only i was half good as Romain i would be sooooo happy
Looks like alot of fun muscle shading
Thanks for the guide.
I don’t know what it is about these online mini painting videos. They are very relaxing to watch lol.
It almost feels like watching a Bob Ross episode lol
So far so great!
Great work .
I’m thinking this is a good “practice your reds”-project
Practice your reds, your blacks, your whites and your metals, actually ! All in one… 🙂
OH!! I wish you’d filled the gap on that left buckler arm. I CAN SEE IT, OH I CAN SEE IT! NOOO!
How it haunts me.
Great work as always. I pick up so many techniques and tips from watching these videos – can’t wait to see part 2.
He’s turning out absolutely beautifully. Looking very much forward to the next part of this tutorial.
awesome work!
Awesome tutorial, wish I had the models to paint along with you (winkyface)
This is looking very nice, this one also is a must watch for any Khorne players out there. I would say that I need to break the habit of not painting to pay close attention to what Romain is doing… but it is probably worth it even if I take an age to finish my minis.
Good start!
Figures this goes up two days after I finish two of these. Yes I run three Longhorns because I can and WHY WOULDNT YOU?!
Fantastic guide as usual. Thank you Romain!
Great tutorial. The minis are very cool.
Good guide… reminds me I should paint more.
Great job so far I can’t wait for part 2
Nice tutorial, really helpful to see the consistency of the paint you’re applying, that’s my biggest problem I think – applying paint too neat.
lovely work/start on the figure Romain.
Fantastic start, can’t wait to see the finished mini!
Great looking mini
Painting guides are a godsend for terrible painters like myself.
Don’t you dare belittle yourself… I assure you it’s only a matter of practice ! 🙂
Thank you for the lovely compliments, lads and lasses ! I am truly grateful to be able to do those videos… and that they’re so well received ! 😀
great work as always
Romain, love the ink on your left arm. The use of negative space is brilliant. Great series, keep them coming!
Thank you, I’m flattered ! I’ll pass it on to the artist.
A wonderful guide. Thank you Romain
Can I pretend to Warren for a bit? His foot is presumed to be horny as well. To each their own!
Could we get some smooth jazz with these videos? So soothing.
You do it so well that it seems to easy. Good job. Long live the horns
Agree on WoK having the coolest “traditional”-looking demons ATM.
Great work and great video as always. Thank you Romain !
Thanks for this guide, wonderfully shown and easy to follow.
Very nice guide, and great paint job as always.
This tutorial really makes me think I could do this mini justice and inspires me to give it a go. A really excellent video!
very good work
Excellent guide, thank you Romain!
Start of a great tutorial again. Thanks.
Great tutorial Romain, I really like your style. (from a French compatriot)
Merci ! 🙂
So far so good.
The black wash was not as dark as I first thought it was going to be. do you ever use clear mediums to make you washes or is water good enough?
Water, water, water. Unless I need something extra surfactant (which I never do), it’s all water… that way, it doesn’t take a whole century to dry.
As I said this is a great tutorial! I would probably use that color scheme on some of my Khorne deamons.
Love the way you talk Romain! wanted to know how you would do this model and here it is!
Very nice job as usual.
Romain always makes this look so effortless. Can’t wait to watch part two and see how he does NMM.
Love seeing Romain work.
(Taking notes)
He is basically Hell Boy 😉
Don’t be ashamed of using hull red. It’s a very nice color. I also have some tones that go in practically every miniature I point a brush at.
Loved the real world lore behind House Naiser
an other nice painting toturial Romain
a very nice painting toturial Romain
Cool, I can use this for a few things: realistic khornate daemons, or morat skin!
I was (not so) secretly doing my version of the Morat skintone… 😉
this wash technics are really interesting, amazing effect even in the first steps !
I’m liking the work with the red skin
very cool guide thanx 😀
