Steamforged Games are here looking to share some prizes with us here at the UK Games Expo as they show off both Guild Ball & Dark Souls.
One of the big games of the year, Dark Souls is going down really well with the crowds here.
You can actually win a Kick Off! Set and also one extra team of your choice!

Guild Ball has always looked good but I could never get any else to buy in with me.

I’m just getting into Guildball, but haven’t made the plunge yet as still deciding which guild to go with. I’m really leaning towards the butchers at the minute, but also like the hunters. Ahhhh choices!!!
Quite a many of the traders are saying they’ve sold out, must be a great weekend business wise for the entire industry.
Not much of a sports game player but with all the different guilds they’re making what possibilities.
it’s really not a true sports game… I mean, yes, you can win by just scoring goals, but there is so much more than that… lol… it’s definitely NOT bloodbowl or dreadball!
I was able to get another game of Guild Ball in this weekend (2 games in 2 weeks!) vs my buddies new Hunters… super fun and exciting game with a lot of great plays and dice mechanics in this game!

Hunters Guild! Oh wait, no winners have been picked yet. Choked about not backing Dark Souls, I tend to shy away from licensed properties but seems to have gone smooth. Or smooth-ish at least, which is good for KS. Also I detect a bit of bromance in the air…

Guildball sounds ace! Dark souls I’m not sure on didn’t really like the video games not for me but maybe the board game will surprise me.
Been trying to get my hands on a kick-off box the last two months. But it seams that it’s not so easy here in Denmark. and most internet shops in the UK do not ship outside the UK unless you want to pay twice the price..
I would like to see a play through of Dark Souls it would be very handy.

I have been playing Guild Ball for about 4 weeks now and it is a lot of fun. There is going to be tournament that follows the American Football season. Everyone will have to paint their team the same as an American Football Team and then play. Should be a lot of fun.
Just found out that there is someone else in my city, who actually plays Guild Ball, so I’m really happy! Looking forward to the Farmers and the Blackmiths!
Guildball is one of those games that is just calling out to me. I will definitely be picking up a team at some point sooner rather than later and Dark Souls just looks awesome, having played the video game before.

Played a demo of Guild Ball, was not as complex as I feared. I painted the KickOff set for the last Live night so it is great to play with them now.
so tempted to get guild ball on saturday,ended up with dropfleet commander instead but it was a close run thing.The game looks great,and the differant teams look fantastic,not sure which i like best.Going on my christmas list.

Although I’m not a Dark Souls guy I love that steamforge have it cause it means they can do more for Guild Ball 🙂 love the look of GB can’t wait to stuck in but I’m not a huge fan of the one team in the kick off set so this would make a lovely prize 😉 😉
I love how fluid and easy to pick up this game is compared to other sporting games around at the minute and really looking foward to getting this to a games night
I looking forward to seeing more of the Farmers and Blacksmiths Guilds. I was going to start an Alchemists Guild, but am holding g off until both of those other guild are released.

I would love to get my war gaming club interested in Guild ball and their range of metal miniatures are brilliant. The themed week was great content and the Fishermen guild caught my eye, especially star player Shark and Salt the otter.
every time I see someone play the term “otter goal” comes to my mind in that awesome accent lol

Guildball is such a fun game. Have the kickoff box and want to get the engineer or the farmer.
Awww, the Justin/Bryce bromance is strong. And I think I’d have to pick the Union as the team if I won, so they can be a third team or alternate players for the other teams.

Here we are on the third and final day. It’s been a long weekend but for anyone who attended apparently a fun one. However, since it is the final day then it’s my last chance to shamelessly post as I’m going after either the 4Ground stuff or the Bushido stuff. I play Bushido here in the states. I teach it to whoever will listen, and I just try and represent it as it is. The best miniature game I’ve ever played.
Guildball is amazing, and the Easter fangtooth model is awesome. Great painted minis on display too.
I’m really curious to see the Blacksmiths and Farmers Guild. So I have to check their blog more frequently the next weeks. There are always cool Charakters in every Team, I still can’t decide witch is my favorite. Good to start with a Kick Off! Set, this game is just amazing.

Justin is completely losing his voice by this video. Saw Dark Souls played on International Tabletop Day stream from G&S and it looks like so much fun. Another amazing prize to give away. These guys just love you as much as we do.

I’m super keen to get into Guildball but haven’t managed to hook any of my gaming buddies into it yet. Perhaps if I had the starter set to wave under their noses I’d rapidly have a queue forming. The fantastic quality of these minis speaks for itself.

I don’t know how I feel about the Dark Sould board game. I’ve never touched the computer games and the board game sounds a little hard and self contained. i would have prefered something more campaign oriented. Perhaps I need to try it?
