After a fierce battle in game one, we just had to get Carlos and Killian back to face it off once more in an Infinity battle!
In another 300 point battle we have the mighty Yu Jing against the vicious Haqqislam. Carlos seems confident, however, Killian may have a secret tactic up his sleeve?

Pity they didn’t choose other scenario. From those two games it looks like infinity is all about dice, and whoever rolls better that stomps the opponent, that is merely half-true.

This is the report I was waiting for! Cool to see the mini’s in action. Now to wait until monday… When will the new rules be up?
I’m excited to see if Carlos can redeem himself or if the Killianator’s luck will hold out to game two!
Ouch, that was a brutal match. I think Carlos wanted payback for yesterdays game. Gotta say the two beyond sets look pretty solid (aside from no Haqq healer. >_<´). Definitely worth picking up. I can't wait to see what big thing comes from Corvus Belli next.
You can easily use one of the Ghulam as the Doctor variant. I’ve stuck a white pouch to one of mine to denote her as dedicated healer.
But in my experience the more healers you take the more Shock and double taps you’ll have against you.

The more I watch the more I understand.
Using these beyond the box lists and tinkering with them from mission type to mission type should be really entertaining.
I always root for Killian, but those dice rolls are almost always against him. Rough result, but some epic moments to reflect on after.

Yikes! Yu Jing pulling no punches…almost as if they were invested in an earlier scuffle between pan-o and nomads. Also that impersonator mechanic is sorta cool.

I’m really considering starting vanilla Yu-jing due to new models of Daofei and Guilang. With HacTao they would make a desired play style – sneaky, wicked, but not sissy. Camouflaged Heavy Infantry is the deal!

I thought the PanO vs Nomad game was brutal but this game was another whole level of pain.
I think this just sold me on picking up Operation Red Veil.
Some really nice moves there, but I really do not get why the Tuareg stand up.

I was tabled that that the first time I played against Haq. The Friday put me loss of lt. in the first round. I spent the whole game in serial loss of lt. it’s nice to see something equally bad happen to them!
Phew! Order has now been restored to the universe! But at least Killian got a win with Pan O.

In true Tarik Mansuri fashion, he was downed before he could do anything productive.
I’m usually playing Bakunin (so, basically no AD troops). Watching these scenarios with bonuses to AD always leaves me wanting to try out other armies/sectorials and play with it. I know it can be dangerous, but I really like the dynamic of dropping troops in.
Yu Jing are my absolute favourite……my specialist team of ten Ninja Tactical bows….that’s ok? right? Oh YEAH!!

I am loving the beyond red veil stuff! Having just picked up a red veil set I was unsure which way to go to expand, that aint an issue anymore! Now I just need to get off my butt and finish painting my Yu Jing to get my first game in!
Watching Carlos and Killian playing infinity is what sold me on the game, always a hoot when these two get together!

Good game, with some faults like the immortal ragik when he had to die at the end of the turn and other epic moments like getting ddo and rapping with the invincible. Good game.

As always, fun to watch. It’s obvious that you’re not just playing the game on camera, you’re having fun playing the game.
Poor Killian though.
Really nice game. Yu Jing is my faction from the starter games, so it was a good to see a strong showing. Now to try and figure out what to get from the ever expanding list of models that I love.

Great battle report, but not one that a beginner could watch easily.
“+3, +3, -3” etc without saying what the modifiers are for is easy for an experienced player to understand but just noise and nonsense for a novice without explaining what each modifier is for.
Maybe something to pick up for the next battle report, I appreciate it would almost double the playtime but would be nice to point beginners to more easy to follow battle reports.
To be honest, as a Haqqislam player, this game was very hard to watch and even tougher pill to swallow! Please to not let the unluckiest dice roller in Ireland play Haqqislam again. Pleeeaase.
Also the opening move with the Fiday was not very well thought out, especially if you do not have the first turn. Was this a rookie mistake or just a demo slip up?

Infinity just seems so much more cinematic and immersive and more how I imagine science fiction combat to be than other games I’ve played/watched.

The lets plays are always great, they are what will sell me a game personally.
Haqqislam might have lost the game, but those miniatures won my heart.

Nice video. I’m new to the game, but these new minis look great. The active character cards (with skills listed) might be a great thing to overlay in the corner of the video for new players to better follow which units are involved in an order/ARO.
Another great game and so entertaining to watch with Carlos and Killian. I really enjoy the running commentary which gives so many tips and is a really good learning tool for any game you guys do a battle report on.
Your tables always look amazing and truly inspiring, obviously having superbly painted minis just helps with the cinematics. WELL DONE!!

I must say I enjoyed the battle reports. The second one was very brutal and the dice were definitely not friendly towards killian. The prizes are nice but I would trade for the beyond sets if possible. Great job as usual.
