Captain Jonas Murdoch and Trencher Busters
Hello friends,
long time no see. Some time ago I have managed to paint some figures for Warmachine in one of the schemes presented in No Quarter when it was still coming out. The chosen theme was Caspian Jailbirds. Since the trencher force originated from prison service I found it suitable and my guys. A little bit different hue of blue 😀
First up we have Captain Jonas Murdoch and the two latter ones are Trencher Busters. Cool sculpts and really fun to paint.
Lady Aiyana & Master Holt
Hello friends,
so this time I have painted some Mercenaries that will work for my Cygnar army in Warmachine. This cute couple can be deadly.
Finished Avenger/Centurion/Hammersmith Jacks
Hello friends,
if you scroll down to September 2018 posts you will find some unpainted but magnetized warjacks. They were sitting on my desk for almost a year but they are finished now and I am more than happy to present them to you.
Ace & Charger no 4
Hello friends,
time to show two new painted jacks in my army.
First is Ace. A light personal jack of Alister Caine. It can go stealth once per game and has some neat shooting tricks as his usually drunk warcaster. I did a wash of Nuln Oil mixed with Lahmian Medium to dull the metal parts a bit.
And the second one is my fourth Charger. You can see the previous ones somewhere in this project 🙂
Triumph
Hello friends,
I am back with another warjack. Since I am struggling with Nurgle’s blessings for the last couple of days I had some time to paint Triumph. He is a heavy and a character jack for Marcus “Siege” Brisbane. The model is missing a scope that should be attached to the gun. I will probably order the part from PP soon. I have been trying out my new airbrush on this one and I am happy with the results on the blue armour.
Finished Ironclad #2
Hello friends,
I have finished painting my second Ironclad. It took some time but it looks better than the first one 🙂
Ironclad Wip part 2
Hello friends,
not much time during the week for the hobby, but I have managed to paint some more of the Ironclad heavy Cygnar warjack. In the first picture you can see the finished first step of basecoating iron. The colour has has been painted by Citadel’s Leadbelcher and washed with Nuln Oil. In the second picture you can see the finished first step of basecoating bronze. Balthasar Gold washed with Agrax Earthshade. I have also painted the base colour for the eyes Mephiston Red.
Ironclad
Hello friends,
so I have been trying out my new airbrush that I got for Christmas. I have basecoated the blue areas uaing Cygnar blue basecoat from P3. After that I shaded it using Drakenhof Nightshade from Citadel. I did the first highlight with the Cygnar Blue Highlight paint and a second one with a 50/50 mix of the Cygnar Blue Highlight and White Skull.
