Morals of a country are always ignored when sufficiently large sums of money are involved …

Heck, if you were to use any kind of moral compass when trading world wide you’d have no one left to trade with.

Besides … no country ever was ‘fully communistic’ because the reality of live is incompatible with the ideals of communism.
People simply are too greedy and selfish for that kind of stuff to work.
