This weeks pledge – after a lot of avoidance and self induced distraction, to finally engage with my pile of shame (pile is not an exaggeration at this stage) which grew considerably over Christmas. Its time to face the skeletons in my cupboard (ironic that there are actually a few boxes of skeletons in there).
