Crisis... What Crisis?
Silver Sentinels
I gave up on purple. It was too dark against that blue.
So I painted white over the bits I wanted purple and then painted it purple to see if that would provide more contrast… it didn’t.
I tried red… that didn’t look right.
So I went for Plate Mail Metal by Army Painter. Just a few plates here and there to provide some contrast. I know it’s not an official X-Men paint scheme, but my game is set in the UK and they use a different paint scheme.
Still need to touch up the mistakes, add the hands… apply a wash and drybrushing perhaps.
Maybe a thinned down purple over the silver will work… I’ll test it on a spare limb…
Not the intended colour palette, but it's growing on me.
