...and that's us done for today. We're going to be heading to the pub and getting stuck into some awesome high jinks ahead of tomorrows activities.

That brown and green UCM fleet looks amazing!
Yes! It seems like an odd connection, but they remind of Starcraft Broodwar, playing Terrans on a winter map using the dark green color scheme! I’m sold!

Those are some nice looking Shaltari ships. The blue really does suit them. I also like the UCM paint job. After battleship gray, which I’m sure is quite common among players, a good military green suits them.

Rob, like your deep sea theme idea for his Scourge Fleet. Guess when it comes down to it the “Natural look” is in.
Suppose in a way they could look like flying squids. Yes they do look like flying Squid and when up close they can grab on hold tight and do nasty things to other ships.

I like the icy blues of the sonic the hedgehog fleet. Looks great. It seems like everyone is having a grand time. So jealous. Have some fun for all of us that can’t be there so we can live vicariously through all of you.

This is why beastofwar is at the center of my gaming world, always the latest news and tactics but it’s by gamers for gamers. Wish I had been able to at least try to attend this weekend. Don’t know how they pick people to attend I would of come all the way from the Midwest Ohio valley.

Those ships all look brilliant, very impressed with the models so far. I have been itching to get a 2 player box for this. Dont suppose anyone knows of a store in NZ or AU that has stock? I have not been able to find a shop with a delivery date earlier then February.

All’s looking awesome, having just mainlined the Friday content this morning, now to watch the drip feeding of Saturday whilst I work on my Scourge for both Dropzone and Dropfleet from home. One might say a boot camp of one, almost.

Looks like everyone is having lots of fun. No idea how they are getting everything built and painted in just a day
So many different colour schemes being used on the bootcamp, although blue does seem to be loved. For me I would probably go with a dark red and black colour scheme for PHR and then a vibrant orange for the Shaltari which would be my other force.
Should put a count down clock on the wall, telling everyone when they need to be done on the day… put some pressure on that painting!

A shame there are not so many Scourge players around. The ships and the ground troups (Dropzone Commander) are so beautiful.
