Great video, keep ’em coming! Interesting. I like to know the tips and trick…definitely a tactical game! Thanks fellas!
You can move obstacles!
Hexx3r! supreme!
Really nice tips, can’t wait for a battle report.
Gata is a movement beast, good luck pining her down
didn’t think you could target obstacles :O
I wanna see the community’s models to represent the line-of-sight blocking terrain and obstacles.
I’m currently cutting out about 963 foam board hexagons to do that…
I will have to get a few games under my belt and then revisit this video.
looks simple but yet deep, love it
Very insightful video, I like how the gameplay has more meat than what the thickness of the rulebook implies.
I just realized: Aristeia! is going to make every Infinity fan go out to the store to buy pink paint for Gata! 😛
I didn’t realize you could displace obstacles; that’s sweet!
Will have to watch this again when I get the game .great ideas!
I agree with @giantpaul I need to rewatch this with the game in my hands
Nice tips to show some intricacies of the game. I think we made some mistakes regarding the terrain during the demo game I played
The game is indeed simple but deep.
Displacing obstacles? Cool.
cant even grasp this without the game in front of me just wont sink in until ive been suckered by a few of these
Seems like there are some nice combos inside. Will take some brain work to discover the possibilities… sounds great 🙂
Some great clarification
I my god, seeing this video shows so many possibilities with just the initial eight Aristos. Knowing that there are going to be 24 of these eventually is nuts. So much potential for awesome tactical play
Really glad I bought this game!
Soooo looking forward to the next year of Aristeia!
awesome
Looks fantastic!
Sounds like timing and planning is important.
Nice tips
The level of combinations and deviousness that this game invites is just delicious!
Why don’t I have this in my hands right now?
Really enjoying Aristeia Week and your videos! Keep doing it.
Waow, I learned a lot, thank you!
I think this shows that the game is simple to learn, but complex to master.
You have a lot of options moving the obstacles.
be like water dude. hilarious and ridiculously cool.
eat my fa jin, loving the traditional reference.
Comment to win?! Yes please I would love to get my hands on this!
I’m amazed at how dynamic each turn can be with regard to actions and switches triggering. Seems like there will be almost constant movement on the board. Very frenetic, which makes sense for an arena sport.
Great video and great tips.
(Taking Notes Sounds) These sound like good things to know.
A lot of shenanigans possible. I like it!
I never considered that moving obstacles was an option. I love Hexxer so much. Seeing this video together with the first demo play, I start liking Gata more and more. Insane speed and scoring capabilities. I hope we get another demo with some characters from Soldiers of Fortune so that I can see Valkyrie in action.
Amazing mini’s!
Good ideas 🙂
Hexx3r might be another auto-include in my teams. Powerful.
Cool. Love this.
can’t wait to play around with the synergies of Aristeia.
Really informative, the combinations of the 8 characters is going to be crazy but not as crazy when they bring the new models
nice things to know there
Great week of videos. I definitely looking forward to getting this game!
Love video’s like this that clarify game play!
I’m sorry, I feel I need further clarification. Switches happen when exactly?
There’s definitely a strong feeling of how the mechanics support the play style of each character.
This definitely added some level of complexity. I want to see the things in this video in action.
So Switches happen ‘After’ the result of the roll?……Gotcha!
Definitely going to put these tips and tactics to good use!
These tips from Carlos are superb, there is so much to think about in this game, luckily you only play with 4 characters at a time. On the surface this looks look like a small “easy” game but I think this is going to be a very challenging game to master.
These are great tips!
Given that board appears to be coming apart at the folds, I hope the release a mouse mat version sold separately.
Love the tactical and strategic depth offered by this game. Can’t wait to play.
Looks good
Looks complicated until you play, the round goes quite fast after few matches
Really enjoying this coverage
This looks like a cool game
I like that the characters feel so unique and add such different (and bizarre) abilities to this game. It’ll help massively with replayability by just switching one character.
Ok, new rule. Gata’s on my team. Gata’s always on my team 😀
This is a fun game
This video rox!
looks like they have great ideas
Aristeia week is cool!
Thanks for the heads up.
I’m going to be chanting ‘Switches happen before the result’ to myself for days now.
Of all the videos, this is probably the most helpful. It takes some time to digest the ebb and flow of a system, and this provides some anchor points to help facilitate the process.
Absolutely awesome!
Awesome tips!
Aristeia is a lovely game!
Aristeia is beautiful
much more simple than infinity but still seems to be full of strategy
