In the long long ago I had this batshit crazy idea of trying to convince a woman I was with to go to Greenland. The idea I had was to go there and mine a ruby from their rather shallow fields (being either the guy setting explosives or pushing the button) and later getting the stone set. That plan was a nice dream but it could pan out for somebody else one day.

You’re right about the requirements of a master licensed electrician needing to do the major work as it will be a job requiring permits. I don’t know if they need to study mechanical code as well. My testing was international mechanical code and international fire/gas code so I doubt much translates to help out.
