Mad Robot Miniatures do a large range of arms and hands (as well as other bits). I did notice a “Grognard” line of torsos and heads and Lazguns some RT players might want to look at. The Mad Robot stuff is good, but a little older so should fit those older Necromunda minis. They do have some bare arms as well as Necromunda style arms 🙂

………and then there’s Anvil who also do a LARGE range of resin arms (although these are perhaps suffering from a bit of scale creep to match what GW put out these days).
Depends on how many arms you need and you have any in your bits box, after all buying an entire box of plastic minis to rob the arms out of it might be a bit expensive (although you can just buy single sprues from various vendors).
