Did some of last weeks pledge… I assembled and primed all the Mounted Gunfighters, Spectral Gunfighters and Bath Time figures… but that’s as far as I got with that. I prototyped the mdf building lighting.

This weeks pledge could be a belated spring clean challenge as I’ve got the Carnevale miniatures out from the kickstarter back in 2018. I’m planning an RPG next year using them as PC’s and villains. It took me years to assemble the resins as there were some fiddly bits and superglue was involved, but they are all primed and ready. I’ve just preordered the World’s Faire starter set and two more gangs… so I’ll have more stuff to assemble in a week or so… and get to try the plastics.

When it comes to storage… if I can keep the game and miniatures in the original box I do as it makes finding them easier.

If they don’t fit in the box… then I use ‘really useful boxes‘ and ‘A4 paper storage boxes‘ to store the miniatures and use a piece of paper trapped between the lid and box to identify what’s in there.

Paints are stored by colours. Bases are stored by size. Terrain is stored in boxes by type and genre.

I like to be able to find stuff quickly. As a general rule… unless I haven’t used something in a few years… then I can find it within 5 minutes… that’s not just gaming stuff… that’s everything… DVDs, books, tools, xmas decorations… I have finite space and need to be organised.
