@horati0nosebl0wer it’s good to be free although finances will be a bit tight for a few years because I retired early.

It takes some getting used to… not having to do something before you can do what you want and I find myself ‘wasting’ some time because I don’t have an objective to complete.

When I was working I found that the morning walk to work was my most creative time for RPG ideas and in order to keep my ‘steps’ up I bought a cheap smart watch and go for a brisk walk every morning… just 2 or 3 miles… and I find that the walking frees my mind to be creative while I listen to something that sets my walking pace.

And i make sure I find time each day to read a book. Currently I am reading this…

The Spitfire was designed my RJ Mitchell as I’m sure you all know and he’s from my home town. We have a Spitfire in the local museum and I visited it again recently. Interesting book about the people that flew and maintained the aircraft and the impact it had on WW2.
