Expensive for sure but not outrageous given the cumulative effect of inflation.  The range started appearing in 2001 and some of these sets were very early in the release schedule.  In the UK cumulative inflation in the last 25 years means 2026 prices are 85% more than they were in 2001.  I seem to remember that Amon Sul felt like it was very expensive in 2001 (around £275 apparently) and at £350.50 that still checks out but that is way less than an 85% increase from the original price.

I know it feels like a shock, but GW actually seem to be trying to be reasonable about how outrageously expensive they make stuff 😀
