African Great War

SibI was watching as programme on the BBC about the History of the Congo

It went through all the disasterious rule of King Leopold and then The Belgian Govt which I knew a bit about. It then started talking about the Great African War whuch started in the 1990’s

Now I ashamed to say I knew buggar all about this and the number of deaths (around 5 million) and other  atrocities that have taken place there

 

Will certainly be reading more about it .
