I have yet to decide which faction to play but it looks like Spires are on the winning side. If I would go for 100 K then I would probably be either Orders heavy or Imperial Remnants or mix of both. And there are still Nords to be revealed (no interest so far in Dweghom), and others like the City States, undead, unanmed oriental empire, Weavers, the Quiet…
