G.I Joe 28mm scale figures or STL's

looking for  the old series from the 80’s for G.I. Joe   28mm scale figures or stl files to print,   i thought i saw a recent kickstarter but can’t seem to find it, any help much appreciated.

Not sure if it is exactly what you are looking for, but I know that Footsore North America have a range inspired by GI Joe that are mixed in with their Moderns on their website.

Wizkids announced early in 2019 that they have the official license to produce 28mm minis for GI Joe.  They also have the Transformers license and have already started making 28mm minis of those as part of their unpainted, pre-primed “Deep Cuts” line.  A lot of us are waiting (im)patiently for WizKids to start production on the GI Joe stuff!
