All your hobby and you can’t manage to let it slip away as a slow relief Giftmas giving? That’s really one of the reasons this thing keeps going for me. It all started with an idea Gerry had with a Pay It Forward. From there it was good will toward other hobbyists. It acts as a yearly antidepressant for what past me thought was a good idea which present me pushes out to the community. Do the elf thing and work on toys so you can play Santa later.

This is Day 1 for your prep to next year’s Giftmas.

Hell, the packages I sent are all over the place as far as tracking and it might not be until almost February until we see anything from the crew given the filming schedule. At that point they might joke and say its about time for Spring Clean as they draw down Terrainfest.

@grantinvanman Don’t sell it of just now. Box it away nicely. When the mojo returns you’ll be happy to still have your toys. And if, let’s say in a years time, you still have no mojo then sell it off as “OOP highly collectable” 🙂

Paying it forward is pretty much it. I gifted away the Konflikt 47 set to a friend and fellow German YouTube who’s in a bit of a “creative deep end” and might find joy to unbox the set and film some videos for it.

There is a Giftmas en route for you @grantinvanman but illness and work schedules delayed Santa’s pick up – he sends his apologies and muttered something about leaving dogs to do a human’s job. Giftmas was very merrily received here though, thank you.

I received these lovely painted models from @blinky465 on Christmas Eve. They’re very different from anything in my collection and will look great in my display cabinet.

I’ve been away over Xmas and forgot to photograph and send in this magnificent cyberpunk “beholder” type character I received just before the Big Day from @poentje . It looks great amongst my other cyber-inspired characters; I’m determined that 2026 will be the Year of the Game – so he may even make an appearance on a tabletop some time soon!
