I’m proud to announce that my company is planning a new Kickstarter : Mauser Earth the Game.

We have decided to bought the license and create a skirmish game. The rules are written and tested, so demonstrations and videos will be available soon.

Interesting, I had never heard of this project, so looked at it and it seems there already have been two unsuccessful Kickstarter campaigns on this previously. What are you changing to make a third potentially successful?

Thank you for replying to the thread.

The two campaign was unsuccessful because of a couple of things :

– So much expensive, my prices will be so much better.

– Rules : a real rule book is written with a fast and bloody game system.

– Communication : poor communication for the two first Kickstarter campaign. We are announcing on many platforms, we are planning to be on International game festival in Cannes, maybe in Salute and many videos will be shot.

– MedFan Games : my company is serious, we have made two successful campaign for Astrahys, the first delivered on time and the second on production and I think be delivered before the date announced (July and actually 60% of the production is already made).

– Community : We are close to the community, we are honest and communicate about the life of the project and the company itself.

I’m personally looking forward to this. I’ve always loved the look of the miniatures. I don’t know much about the game but the mini’s looked fantastic. I seem to recall that the mini’s were of a larger scale. Is that true? What scale will they be? I think making the scale consistent with the 32-35mm miniature lines out there will help a lot with getting the funding for this game.

The rules was just a beginning, not a game system, I wrote a complete system with a couple of surprises. All will be available in video soon.

The scale is the same, 1/35. This is absolutely not a problem, it’s a model scale, it’s easy to find historical model (like tanks, vehicles, sceneries etc) from company like tamiya or other manufacturers for a low cost and fully compatible.

For me the scale is really nice for beautiful minies and easy to find sceneries.

We will propose miniatures and sceneries, new miniatures and exclusive 🙂

Two additional game modes will be free during the campaign.
