    This is sooo cool …

Almost can’t wait to buy it.

I hope there’s plans to expand the system into other eras and possibly fictional settings.
WW 3 with this type of system would be interesting …

Are there rules for playing as an Australian or VC platoon?

This book covers US forces, against VC.

Its a players versus referee system and he controls the VC. We play with 3 of us, and take turns being the VC and each have our ‘own’ squad in the US platoon.

Could use the US Infantry platoon to represent Aussies if you wanted.

Can the roles be easily reversed with the VC being controlled by the players and the referee controlling the US forces?

From what I understand you take a US platoon though a tour of duty. So in other words a series of missions over the course of campaign which could see soldiers in your platoon become casualties etc. It’s heavy on the narrative and sounds perfect for the setting.

Doing the opposite with the player being the VC/NVA forces would probably need quite a different approach but a very interesting setup nonetheless.
