@deaddave: you know if the anti-terror police come a’knocking at your door you might have a problem explaining what that is 😀

@maledrakh I think @deaddave is going to have enough problems explaining this to his family …

@sundancer more dakka is always the solution …
I must admit that seeing that made me sad as Eldar vehicles are too pretty for that sort of abuse.

@sundancer please share if you find them, because my Google-fu is not strong  …

I did find this topic :

The one with an ork head in a jar is hilarious

@deaddave *Eyeing the curious object* I believe that things like that were outlawed by the Geneva Convention

@limburger Be glad I’m not turning my attention to any vehicles like that… yet. I think that it also depends on the Eldar vehicle. I’m sure that a walker should get at least one leg replaced (take one from an old Catachan chicken walker kit or kitbash something just like it and throw on some random plating that get bolted on with stompy feet) then tack on some killy buzzsaws and a gratuitous engine with LOTS of exhaust pipes (since, like a Weirdboy, it takes a lot of WAAAGH to make the weirdly quiet machine run better). Painting it red doesn’t hurt either.

…Still assembling and priming (the project may have gotten away on me a little…).20190930_180553a

@evilstu Woot! Good to see you’re still kicking. Seeing the size of that force I’d say that the project is going to be kicking you.

Looking at my own work I’ll be switching gears. I’m setting aside the Flashgit Warboss for losing a glorious bit to take up an ork admiral from Black Scorpion that I’ve had on the shelf for too long. I’ve meant to paint it for the joke Horatio Noseblower, in honor of Horatio Hornblower, which would become my avatar. It also gets me onto my 2019 pledge sheet once more which @lawnor was good enough to gently remind me that I need to get off my duff and paint something I said I would.

And a merry Orktober to all! Let the Dakka commence!

    #1442567

@limburger Yes, indeed they do. Its good to finally sling paint on it. I’ll be glad to switch over the avatar once its all done. I might just try to get a friend to photo it for the best results on something other than my cell phone.

@deaddave If orki-tectual accomplishments didn’t take vast amounts of plating and ridiculous numbers of bolts then it wasn’t really made by greenskins.
