Retake Karak eight peaks!

My halfway finished Dwarf army.

 

Most of the models were painted about 12 years ago, I stripped them of paint last year and started repainting them.

When I started playing in 6th edition I was inspired by the loss of the Karak eight peaks hold and wanted to create an army to represent that. This is how far I’ve come so far.

Brilliant brushwork! I really like how the painting blends in with the basing. The marble look on the runesmith’s hammer is a great touch.

I have these same minies on my old dwarf collection, and I’ve been waiting for the damn shiny syndrone to let go a bit to give me a chance to revisit them.
