@rayzryr Those are indeed Skeeters which, if the rules haven’t been nerfed since I bought the crew, have the chance of sprouting larvae from attacked enemies. I wanted to sculpt some desiccated bodies under them to give better connection points but I have only so much time and skill to do so. I should have the crew all varnished later today.

Letting the models ‘speak’ for themselves in the details and giving them washes to pull them all out is best for what Wyrd is putting out. The smooth detail I’ve screwed up with brush strokes in past as its so fine. I think that’s what held me back with the list of paint pledges @lawnor put up that you could volunteer on.

I caught this video yesterday and it makes more sense as far as method without the contrast paints for my use.
